It is
advisable to book early to avoid disappointment, especially if you require a
Saturday or Sunday. All of our franchisees diaries are held on our Central
booking system. Our Head office take bookings on behalf of the franchise owners
and our telephonists are all experienced entertainers ensuring you have the best
help and advice. Please see our FAQ below for any additional questions you may

on where you are as to whether we can help. Please contact us as we do cover a

7 days of the week
except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day. |

How far
in advance should I book?
It is
advisable to book your party as early as possible to avoid disappointment,
especially if it is a weekend day that you require. |

Do you
charge more on a bank holidays?
No.

Step 4 - All bookings require a deposit of £40 at the time
of booking all major credit/debit cards accepted |
Is there
an age limit on your parties? It really depends on the party you would
like. Our party packages have been specifically designed for girls & boys of
varying ages from 3-17yrs. |

- Upon receipt of your verified deposit, written/email confirmation will be sent to you.
When you receive your confirmed booking details,
please check them carefully.
If you need to make any amendments, please let us know.

How many
of my friends can I have?
It depends on the type of party booked - Some
parties have a minimum and maximum number. |

Do I
have to pay a deposit?
Yes. A deposit of £40 is required to secure all
bookings and must be paid at the time of booking. |

How long
do your parties last?
Depending on the party type and how many guests
you have, anything from 1-3hrs. |

Please Note Your local Franchise owner will contact you 1-2 days prior to
your party to check all details with you. However if you would like to speak to
them sooner please let us know and they will be happy to call you |
Do you
colour hair?
Yes but it is temporary colour and washes out. On lighter
hair the colour may take more than one wash. |

BALANCE
PAYMENT
Any
balance due is payable on the day of the
party in cash directly to the Party Leader at the start of your
party. |
My
daughter would like a party but she wants a bit from each party. Are
your parties set packages or can I mix and match.?
Yes. To tailor make your party

requirements and we will be more than happy to accommodate you where possible. |

What are travel charges?
Travel charges are only charged on parties outside of our
trading area and are purely based on mileage and
the time it takes for us to travel to the locality given at the time of
booking. |

I
contacted you and my local branch is fully booked can I book with another branch
?
Yes however you will need to telephone our head
office booking line who will liaise with ourselves and the other area
franchisee. Travel charges may be applied to come to you if you are
outside of our trading area. |

Do you do parties
for children with special needs ?
Yes we have done many parties for children with disabilities and special
requirements, please call us to discuss your child's need and we will be happy
to adapt any of our parties to suit your needs |

I
have seen other websites that look like yours how many sites do you have and how
can we tell the company is yours?
Emporium Parties have many websites and we are aware that other companies do
copy our web content and party ideas, all of our websites will have our logo
displayed on our home page
banner. |

Are your
entertainers CRB checked?
All of our entertainers over the age of 18yrs hold a current Enhanced CRB
Disclosure. These are always available on request. |

The
venue I have booked
has
asked me for something called a PAT certificate and Public Liability Insurance
certificate do you have these?
Yes we
have up to date certificates for both, please let us know and we will be happy
to email a copy to the venue or to yourself. Some halls already hold copies of our
certificates so please mention us and ask the hall if they have a copy. |

Can you
provide references or can I attend a party to see what you are like before
booking? We have many
testimonials on our website and many of our customers write thank you notes on
our facebook page. We are unable to let you attend any parties that we are
running due to the protection of the children at the parties however if you
would like to attend a public event we will be happy to tell you which events we
are attending. We also do many school discos on the area so we may already do
parties at your child's school. |

you recommend any halls to me?
Please call us and we will be happy
to find the details of all halls in your local area. |

I
have seen a couple of your entertainers that my child really liked at a party, am
I able to request them for my child's party? Yes of course, however
this is subject to availability. |

How
long do you need to set up and pack away your equipment?
For most parties we require access
to your venue 30 minutes prior to your party and approximately 30 minutes after the party ends. |
|

Do
you do party food and party bags?
We
only provide entertainment, game prizes and props etc required for the
entertainment. |
